Below, we are going to list some items you will be able to use in World of Warcraft while you are grinding and they will help to reduce the cooldown between those fights along with helping you dish out more DPS while you are grinding:

• Instant Poison x twenty
• Frost Oil x four
• Thistle Tea x five - this will actually be helping you out a lot whenever you are in trouble because it is going to help with killing creatures and monsters faster. Whenever you are fighting two bad guys at one time, this is great to use.
• Bandages x twenty - You are probably able to figure this one out.
• Healing Potion x 5 - You can probably finish this one out as well.
• Soothing Turtle Bisque x 20 - This will be giving you plus eight stamina, that means eighty more life and eight Spirit.
The next thing you will need to do is to analyze the spec you would like to use while you are grinding.
Assassination
• Five Points in Malice
• Two Points in Remorseless Attacks Combat
• Two Points in Sinister Strike
• Three Points in Backstab
• Five Points in Lightning Reflexes
